Denis Cardaklija

My name is Denis Cardaklija, I am 16 years old. I live in Höfn in Hornafjörður a small town in the Southeast of Iceland with a population of 2000. I live with my family in the older part of the town. With me live my parents (Hajrudin, 39 & Enisa, 38) and my sister (Lejla, 12). My father is a retired goalkeeper but now he works as a football manager and my mother is an accountant. I go to a school called FAS (Framhaldskólinn í Austur-Skaftafellssýslu). In FAS I study languages such as English, German, Icelandic, Spanish and Danish, I also study Biology, History, Math and more.

Besides going to school I work too. I have a job in a hardware store called Byggingavöruverslun KASK, its good to have a job with school because you always need the money for food, books and other things. I have many hobbies such as sports (mainly football), music (bands such as Maus, Ensími, Jimmy Eat World, Red Hot Chilipeppers, Metallica, Muse, Quarashi and many more). I also like languages, hanging out with friends and sometimes when I'm bored I like to stare at a computer screen.
